Returns, replacements and refunds
Return eligibility depends on the product, brand terms, customization, installation status, and the condition in which it is received. Applicable terms are confirmed before payment.
Incorrect or transit-damaged item
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you inspect the delivery. Keep the product, invoice or order details, packaging, labels, and clear photos or video available for review.
Do not send an item back without confirmation
A return address and courier method must be approved first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Model-specific and installed products
Custom-made, model-specific, opened electrical, used, or installed accessories may not be returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or covered by applicable manufacturer terms.
Inspection and resolution
After evidence or the returned product is inspected, the agreed resolution may be replacement, repair support, or refund according to the confirmed order and manufacturer terms.
